I had a flight from prayagraj to mumbai yesterday 6E5915. Hats off to you and may you always be the best. When I say it is the best airline, I mean it. She dialled my husband’s number on her phone and helped me out. Last but not the least Tomcy at Bhopal was so considerate when I told her that my phone was not working. Then Apoorva and Astha both helped me in boarding. Within a few minutes she got my seat changed and I was very very thrilled( of course I paid for it). I just happened to mention to her that I actually wanted the first row but since it was not available I couldn’t get it. So thank you for that.Īt the Delhi airport I came in touch with Apoorva who is actually an asset to the airline. The biggest surprise I got was when I was given the Indigo Passport with some sweet words written. Her team included Shefali, Amruta and Anisha. Then once the flight took off Sabrina was so understanding and caring and gave me Tea and cookies and said it was ok if I paid later. As I requested them and they agreed that I will get my baggage only in Bhopal and not Delhi ( to recheck in). Pranali and Ravina were so helpful at Pune for my baggage to be checked in. My PNR AH8CGC was for the flight from Pune to Bhopal.
